Selling your property can be complex and stressful. At All Round Conveyancing we specialise in this, we have prepared thousands of contracts and go through the selling process daily. Our friendly and professional staff will help manage your sale with ease.

Below is an outline of the services we provide:

  • We prepare the full contract for sale and conduct all necessary title, council and water searches to be included as part of the contract
  • We manage the real estate agent and the purchaser’s solicitor/conveyancer on your behalf
  • We deal directly with your bank (if a mortgage is held on the property) and co-ordinate the discharge of the mortgage with your sale (this means we co-ordinate with the bank for your current mortgage loan to be repaid and closed on settlement).
  • We organise the transfer of your property to the purchaser (which takes place on the settlement date)
  • We finalise settlement with the purchaser and the purchaser’s solicitor/conveyancer on your behalf
